Right now I'm working for Petrobras Colombia Limited as Materials Coordinator my duties are controlling and updating daily and monthly cost report summary, inventories of tubular, drilling bits ,dispatching and receiving materials incoming and outgoing taxes, senior buyer, controlling documents, certifications of equipments and spare parts, getting international and domestic quotations and dealing with suppliers and vendor.
I worked for Helmerich & Payne Drilling International for ten years(10)with ten drilling rigs top drive system having twenty persons over my responsibly. my duties were controlling daily and monthly cost report to main house in Tulsa(OK)updating inventories minimum and maximum spare parts for a good stock for ten rigs, managing machinery contracts, heavy equipment trucks(lowboys, cranes, flatbed trcuks)getting domestic and international quotations, senior buyer, getting in touch with Co-Man,Rig managers, Tubulars representative, etc.
