* Topographic and bathometric surveys to improve logistics efficiency and eliminate delays for shallow draft tugs at the river mouth
* Environmental impact survey, ugraded and airstrip after road safety assessment.
* Upgrading a base camp, improving communications by central radio/phone links.
* Construction of emergency helipad, drillsite and permits.
* Supply base, jetty construction, bridge strengthening for large truck loads.
* Land compensation – from initial negotiations to final settlement.
* Ocean going and shallow draft tug/barge operations for rig and materials supply.
* All logistics and operations support, progress and financial reporting from preparation to clean up and restoration of the site.

Produced initial site plans for 1 onshore well, Buton Island for an environmentally sensitive well location. (roads, jetty, marine, aviation facilities). Responsible for:
* All logistics, construction for 2 onshore wells (Warim block), Parker 190 helirig in the remotest part of Irian Jaya.
* Co-ordinated remote heli-rig locations (3 camps, 2 jetties, hanger and facilities and 8 helicopters, etc.) on time and on budget (US $35.4 M).
* All import/export formalities, logistics for 2 onshore wells KBS "A" Block Irian Jaya Parker 190 (US $14 M) using 50m deep piled and welded steel platforms for remote heli-rig well locations. Refurbishment of Puragi base camp (Puragi) and 2 rig camps in swamp, over 80 ft of water and 180 ft of compressible silt.
* CONOCO safety award for 1 million work hours without lost time accident.

1987 – 1989 World Bank Financed Projects, Indonesia
