OBJECTIVE:
I am expecting that the company will offer a role that will help develop their buisness and my skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE:
Currently employed as project manager for the verification of BP Exploration oil and gas assets in the North Sea area in compliance with the UK Safety Case Regulations and Prevention of Fire, Explosion & Emergency Response Regulations. I co-ordinate the implementation of BP verification schemes across fourteen major offshore installations and seventeen smaller not normally manned platforms. I lead a team of six surveyors who conduct offshore surveys and onshore technical and management system audits in a contract worth around £1M annually. These audits are primarily concerned with the nominated safety critical elements, their condition and management. Management of change processes are also examined.
I have developed effective working relationships with regional and asset focal points within BP and I constantly seek to raise the profile of the IVB (Independent Verification Body) within the dutyholder's organisation. Within LR I have developed project databases and procedures that dovetail with the accounting system to control and provide reports on project budgets, forecasts and invoiced costs.

Wood Group – Review of verification arrangements for Triton FPSO.
ChevronTexaco – Co-ordination of verification for Alba AXS-2 project.
Shell EPE – ICP, one of a team of three carrying out verification of eleven Shell North Sea assets including offshore survey to assess the condition and operation of safety critical plant and systems against performance standards. The work also involved directing and mentoring a small group of examiners in performing searches of the Shell planned maintenance system (SAP) and other work, in order to support the verification process. It included liaison with Shell on the results of the work with their asset management teams and participating in the continuous development of Shell's verification arrangements.
PSSR - Audit of a number of onshore gas plants for compliance with Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000.
Develop and implement asset integrity management strategy for 3 FPSO units. Here project structures were reviewed, management gap analyses conducted, and integrity strategies developed in alignment with the safety case and QRA.
