Title Potable Water Production Plant
It involves the conversion of sea water to potable water by means of Evaporation Process.

Contribution Dealing with the maintenance activities of desalination plant –I & II, Chemical Plant, Water treatment plant based on R.O. process etc.
Maintenance of Desalination Plant includes Boiler, Deaerators, Evaporators, Pumps (Sea Water, Saline Water Pump, Condensate, Deareator, Blow down, Chemical injection pumps, Compressors etc. i.e. all kind of static & rotating equipment.
Investigate problems and estimating the material, man hours etc. required for undergoing the repairing job using SAP R/3.
Supervision of crew of 20 peoples.
Inspection of the material at site or in ware house after delivery by the vendor and approval of the inspection report.
Maintenance Planning which includes preparing of monthly, quarterly, yearly and five-year plans for the maintenance section.
Equipment condition monitoring which includes preparation of request for the replacement/ modification of the equipment as and when required as per the periodic condition surveys, performance checks & inspections carried out on the assigned equipment & facilities.
Co-ordinating with procurement for any kind of technical clarification till the delivery of the material.
Maintenance Performance Evaluation which includes periodically preparation of reports and studies to assist in evaluating the performance of the maintenance activities, monitoring the equipment availability & performance, manpower & labor contracts for major jobs and maintenance cost.

Title Oil Extraction Refineries
This refinery is based on mechanical extraction technology. It can be used for extracting oil from oilseeds such as paddy husk, coconut, sunflower seeds, cotton seeds, soyabean etc. The final output of the machine is pure, filtered, fresh oil. The main byproduct is the cake, which is used as a raw material for animal feed or can be used as a raw material for solvent extraction plants.
