In charge of the coordination of the engineering of Technip to reply to the major tender (Subsea, Umbilical, Riser and Flow line) in West Africa. This consists in organizing the studies for the design of the flowlines and risers either flexible pipe or rigid lines. Develop the installation methodology and prepare the schedule for the procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning of the lines.

Transocean Sedco Forex -
05/01 to 09/02 Rig Manager
In charge of the Trident 6, a jackup drilling rig operating in Nigeria for Royal Dutch Shell (SPDC) on the EA field. The main responsibilities were to organize the daily drilling work of the platform, manage the personnel on-board and the crew changes, plan the maintenance of the rig, follow the planning of the operation in close relationship with the client and insure the operations are run within the budget.

01/00 to 05/01 Maintenance Manager
In charge of the Maintenance of Transocean Sedco Forex's worlwide fleet, the main responsibilities were to define the new maintenance system following the merger of Sedco Forex, subsidiary of Schlumberger and Transocean, initiate and follow the implementation of this system worldwide. Development of the Maintenance Standards, definition of standard equipments and implementation of new software P-MPAC (Indus) to track the maintenance performed on each drilling rig.

06/97 to 12/98 Project Manager
In charge of the detail engineering and construction of a lift-boat (BIMA: well servicing operation vessel). This vessel was integrating all the well services from Schlumberger. The main responsibilities were to define the specification of the vessel after the requirement from the internal client were submitted. Manage the shipyard (PPL, Singapore) during the detail engineering and the construction of the vessel. Ensure the proper schedule and budget were followed. Prepare and manage the commissioning of the vessel in liaison with the operation personnel.
The vessel budget was US$ 40,000,000 and the complete duration was 17 months.

In charge of the drafting team of 7 professional. The main responsibilities were to provide a quality drafting services to the repair and construction teams and the operations personnel. It also included the development of the team with the implementation of a new design software (Plant Design System from Intergraph) and the recruitment of 4 new members.
