Carry out in-house and field land-related activities in association with drilling, planned organized, directed, and controlled activities necessary to acquire and protect Company land rights to allow uninterrupted operation of assigned Company facilities. Analyze, negotiate, and manage complex oil and gas leases, joint operating agreements and other land contracts.

Oil & gas lease research and reporting, rental division and division order preparation and analysis, and corporate resolution. Identification of new opportunities per company interest, including due diligence for acquisitions, audits for lenders and purchasers, market analyses, and general acquisition management.
