Supervised the start-up of warehouse operations located in Ciudad del Carmen to serve offshore location. Located and establish business relations with local vendors.

Authorized company liaison representative and negotiator for the client to ensure proper payment of daily production and interaction of government agencies. Supervise a multi-national team company and contractor personnel for platform operations/maintenance. Platform design is 270.0MMSCFPD natural gas, 3000BOPD, equipped with 3 each (30,000 Horsepower) Nuovo Pignone PGT-25DLE Turbine Driven, BCL-507/2BCL-608 Three Stage Centrifugal Compressors, 2 each Rolls Royce 501-KB-5-S Turbine 3.5 KW Generator offshore facility. Mark V and Petrotech Control Systems.

Exceeded the natural gas available capacity of platform design by 2% and 5000 BOPD, since commencement date. Completed Lenders Reliability Test of facility with no outside assistance with a minimum experienced team. Serve as a team player in the annual budget of Eight Million US Dollars per year, assisting planning and tracking cost to maintain +/- 10% to share in contract bonus. Over see the execution of all long-term service agreements/contracts between vendors, clients and company. Implement Quality Assurance Program. Initiated ongoing training for the Mexican Nationals to operate, and maintain offshore facility safely and to prudent industry standards. Shared the responsibility with interviewing, hiring, evaluation process, coaching and termination of personnel. Support a safe work environment, with no lost time accident for +/-250,000 man-hours worked from January-2002 to August-2003.
