F Regulated the regular changeover of 70 expatriate staff from UK, Poland and Russia. This included their duty scheduling, travel arrangements, necessary government clearance, invoicing.
F Liaisoning with the government agencies for clearances of the expatriate staff, compliance of local labour and all statutory laws, etc.
F Budgeting for the annual administrative expenses and maintaining the expenses within the approved budget.
F Purchase of office equipment including - computers hardware, other office automation products, furniture & fixtures etc.
F Vehicular arrangements for all staff – national and expatriates, including maintenance of fleet of vehicles.
F General housekeeping arrangements of office premises and also of that of guest house/ expatriate residences.
F Preparing inland and out-bound tours and travel arrangements. If needed to accompany the team of expatriate on inbound tours.
F Managing canteen for healthy and hygienic food at all hours.
F Translated long-term organizational strategic objectives into short-term implementation plans.
F Demonstrated appropriate leadership in challenging situations. Helped management with advice and support of the local labours for the compliance in the industry.

Besides the above, have also assisted the organisation in setting up an Indian subsidiary and assisted them the following commercial/ legal matters:
à Assisted in conceptualising and formulation of the application for the approval of the Indian subsidiary from the relevant government authority for Obayashi Corporation, Japan. Assisting in drafting and finalization of the Shareholders Agreement, Memorandum & Articles of the Association. Study of the Indian market and the growth prospects for the company keeping the corporate ideology in view.

Achievement:
* Initiated career growth plans for Indian drilling personnel – a pioneer venture in the Indian drilling industry.
* Localisation of the senior most drilling crew within a time frame. The efforts lead to saving in salary account up to INR Ten million (1 USD = Rs. 26/-) during the year 1991-92.
* Assisted in formulating training programmes for – Assistant Drillers & Roustabouts for the oil & gas drilling organisation.
* Designed on the job training module for Assistant Drillers and Roustabouts.

Qualifications:

Completed Master's Diploma in Business Administration (MDBA) in 1987 from Spicer Memorial College, Pune (a Seventh-day Adventist Mission education institute). Scored a cumulative GPA of 3.14 on a 4-point scale (48 credit hours course).
