* Responsible for FEED design of 70 mile –10" Liquid Sulfur Pipeline and 33 kv Powerline in the Middle East. World's longest pipeline of this nature.

ENRON TRANSPORTATION SERVICES, Houston, Texas 2001 - 2002
* Project Director
* Responsible for full EPC activities for 64 miles of 10" Oil Pipeline project in Mississippi.
* Prepared development plan, route selection and cost estimate for 480 miles of 36" Gas Pipeline project in western US. Estimated cost $900 MM. Project considered for development based on economics.
* Prepared development, route selection and cost estimate for 176 miles of 24" Gas Pipeline project in west Texas. Estimated cost $130 MM. Project considered for development based on economics.

ENRON ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION CO, Houston, Texas 1999 -2001
* Senior Engineer/Project Director
* Responsible for full EPC activities for large diameter natural gas pipeline in India. The gas was regassified LNG. Project involved detailed engineering design, procurement of materials, and construction of 270 km of 12", 24" & 36" pipeline on a lump sum turnkey basis. Considerable travel to India. Capital cost of project estimated to be $230MM
* Responsible for managing 2 EPC contracts for Pemex in the Gulf of Mexico. Projects consisted of 13 production/gas injection offshore pipelines (12" to 24"), and tie-ins to 8 separate platforms (riser installations and deck installations) in the Cantarell Field, Bay of Campeche, Gulf of Mexico. Value of contracts $146MM.
* Responsible for development of concepts/ proposals for supply of vaporized LNG from offshore LNG storage and process vessels to onshore distribution systems and storage facilities on western US coast and northern Mexico.

OCEAN ENERGY INC., Houston, Texas 1998 – 1999

* Project Manager -International Operations.
* Responsible for supervision of contractors (design and construction) in the development of international oil and gas projects.
* Developments projects were onshore and offshore and located in Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Yemen. Projects typically involved central processing facilities, platforms, disposal facilities, pipelines, FSO's and FPSO's. Costs varied between $300MM to $900MM.

CMPS &F. Brisbane, Australia 1997 - 1998
* Project Manager - PGP Joint Venture (CMPS&F and Kvaerner).
* Responsible for preliminary engineering, procurement activities, construction planning, cost estimating, and scheduling for Chevron's natural gas pipeline from Papua New Guinea to Queensland, Australia.
* Project involved 2,100 km of 18"- 30" onshore and 500 km of 30" offshore pipeline, 5 compressor stations and an offshore LPG processing facility -Concrete Gravity Structure (CGS) or FPSO. Estimated Capital Cost $2.3 billion.
* Responsible for management of joint venture operations, administration, technical designs and studies, cost estimates, conceptual designs and preliminary fieldwork.
* Project was ultimately delayed due to insufficient certified reserves necessary to secure long-term gas sales agreements. Project has since been resurrected by Exxon Mobile with the addition of a new field in Papua New Guinea and is being re-evaluated.

TRI-OCEAN ENGINEERING LTD. Calgary, Alberta 1996 - 1997
* Project Manager
* Developed a plan to construct a grass roots oilfield development in Western Siberia, Russia. Central Processing Facilities (CPF) included separation, dehydration, water injection, storage tanks, export pumps and pipeline.
* CPF pad site consisted of 7 producing wells, 9 injection wells, and 2 water source wells.

SNC/LAVALIN, Calgary, Alberta 1989 - 1996
* Project Manager - One of the world's largest EPC firms.
* Responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction management of 800,000 BPD oil terminal revamp for Shell International, in Nigeria, Africa. Facilities included dehydration, export pumping, export pipeline, telecommunications and water treatment disposal pipeline. Total capital cost $230 million - excellent profit margin.
* Responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction of multi products pipeline system- 300 kms of 10", including 3 pump stations, 3 terminals( 11 storage tanks each), truck and rail loading facilities, - Kenya Pipeline Company, Kenya, Africa – Total capital cost $125 million- excellent profit margin.
* Responsible for engineering, procurement and construction management of SCADA system for offshore production facilities and onshore gas distribution system in Gulf of Thailand for Petroleum Authority of Thailand – Total capital cost $110 million – good profit margin
* Responsible for coordinating and managing engineering, procurement, and construction of major sour gas gathering system (40% H2S) - Shell Caroline Field Development Project – Total capital cost $135 million – excellent profit margin and top safety award.

D.R.C. ENGINEERING LTD. Saskatoon, Sask, Calgary, Alberta 1988 – 1989
* President - self-owned, consulting engineering firm specializing in total project management of pipeline projects.
* Prepared conceptual design, cost estimate and plan of development for a major, large diameter natural gas pipeline in Colorado, USA. –Trans Colorado Pipeline. Determined sizing of pipeline, compressor stations, selection of materials, equipment, route selection, and scheduling.
* Other projects included total management for design and construction of 320 km of large diameter natural gas transmission pipelines in Saskatchewan
* Inspection of aluminum natural gas flow line and wellhead facilities.

U.M.A. ENGINEERING LTD., Kelowna, B.C. Saskatoon, Sask 1981 - 1988
* Manager of Oil and Gas Department
* Directed teams in project management of pipeline construction. Direct experience in all activities including budgets and equipment purchases. Promoted to this position from Project Engineer (Municipal) with a mandate to establish an oil and gas department and make it profitable.
* Applied strong management, marketing and organization abilities in attracting business and establishing a new department. Assembled teams of professionals to undertake complex pipeline construction projects, and developed the department into a large fee generating and profit center for the company - 50% of company's profit each year.

BIG WHITE LAND DEVELOPMENT, Kelowna B.C. 1979 - 1981
* Planning Administrator. Major destination ski resort in British Columbia, Canada.
* Prepared a conceptual Master Plan to develop this ski resort into a major destination area.
* Prepared a systematized plan of development and coordinated the activities of various consultants addressing transportation, water supply and treatment, sewage treatment and disposal.
* Awarded $6MM grant to develop the resort and emerge as a major destination resort.

ALBERTA GAS TRUNK LINE (NOVA), Calgary, Alberta 1976 – 1979
* Measurement Supervisor
* Tested equipment available for flow measurement, analyzed, designed and constructed a new "real time" measurement technique which is standard in today's industry.
* Supervised 200 staff operating 2 gas laboratories and 300 + off line sales meter stations.

* Analyzed operational problems regarding pipeline flows, meter stations, drip assemblies, pulsation dampeners, calorimeters, hydrogen sulfide analyzers, dew-point testers.
* Recommended and implemented solutions for various field operational issues.

* Pipeline Engineer
* Designed and supervised construction of pipeline laterals and meter stations.
* Designed slope stabilization programs at river and creek crossings.
* Designed building foundations, pig-trap facilities, valve assemblies.

PALMER ENGINEERING, Edmonton Alberta 1971 - 1976
* Chief Engineer -Young, aggressive and dynamic consulting firm.
* Supervised technical staff -engineers, draftspersons, surveyors and inspectors.
