* This conversion included; 20 million credit card accounts, 45,000 hours, $4 million development cost, utilizing over 100 skilled technicians across three development sites during a 9 month duration.

Directed the overall program management for the top priority "Pricing Redesign".
* Successfully implemented over 2 years duration; 6 high-risk projects, 50,000 hours, $6.25 million development cost, and over 100 skilled technicians. Enhancements consisted of Cobol, Assembler, DB2, C++, MQ Series, Smalltalk, AS400, NT, Mainframe, Distributed, CICS and Batch.
