Duties & Responsibilities

1.) Commissioning and Installation of Radio link a.) Conducting Site Survey to confirm the feasibility for radio connectivity by use of different parameters e.g. LOS, frequency spectrum, geographical constraints etc.
b.) Providing Microwave Radio link connectivity with PTP Radios e.g. Datametro, P-Com 64/128,UC Wireless LR 2020/2050.Westeren Multiplexer Tsunami, Air link.,, AIM-34 and PMP radios e.g. Tsunami and Pointred.

c.) connectivity through Copper cable with DSL Modems e.g. ASCOM Colt 2,ASCOM ASM 31,TAINET,ASCOM Colt Soho, Paradyne etc.

d) Configuring and providing Network support for WAN/LAN Connectivity at customer end.

2.) Fault Finding
Establishing and planning Priorities for prompt and trouble free detection and repair with least possible down time so as to cause minimum financial loss to company.

3.) Maintenance i.) Schedule maintenance of customer's connectivity ii.) Scheduled and emergency maintenance of mast/tower iii.) Maintenance of 10 POPs located at different locations in Delhi, Gurgaon, NOIDA, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Ludhiaana.

4.) Customer Care: - Managing round 'o' clock helpdesk to provide a.) On the spot information required by customers b.) Educating basics of internet to customer c.) 1st line remote service to detect and resolve problem faced by customer using application based software d.) Resolving WAN/ LAN related problem e.) Maintained & updating customers records f.) Building & developing customers long term relationship g.) Developing strategy to retrieve the lost/suspended/terminated customers.

5.) CRM

a) Understanding the need for customer.
b) Updating latest technology in the market relevant to business, exploring the development and growth.
c) Conducting routine meeting with the customer, understanding his point of view pertaining to delivery of services to him d) Comparative study and analytical approach to overcome the weaknesses and threat in the market.
e) Optimum utilization of available resources to provide the best and most suitable service to customer.
f) Ascertain the customer we being the best and the leader in the market

6.) Co-ordination with ii) Sales and marketing Deptt to understand need and satisfaction level of customers as to boost the further sale and motivate sales staff iii) Inside agencies iv) Outside agencies for provisioning of erection of mast and tower,. Fulfill day to day requirement to meet emergency and urgent need from outsourcing v) Government agencies.

7.) Inventory Management
Formulating policy to reduce opportunity cost. Independently handling the inventory of all material and equipment. Forecasting need of all material based on sales projection. Understanding deficiency and surplus and raising demand. Optimum utilization of equipment by periodic serviceability check. Handling the emergency and urgent need. Providing inventory support to outside Delhi region e.g. Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai and Hyderabad.

8.) Recruitment, Training and Development
Manpower planning, conducting interview. Designing and implementing training and development program for different cadre of engineers and technical assistants according to potential.

Salary: 4.0 Lac PA

Technical Supervising:
