DOCUMENTATION SPECIALIST / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT III
Provides high-level administrative support to the Turnover Documentation Group with emphasis on Electrical documentation. Responsible for the collecting and compilation of approximately 200 packages/dossiers comprising construction testing records for electrical installation in the field.
Reviews & verifies construction inspection and test records for completeness, accuracy, legibility, neatness and the compilation of same resulting in a quality end product. Ensures that records are submitted in a timely manner and all relevant documents are assembled as per the turnover package index.
Provides semi-technical assistance to Field Engineers, assists with scoping of Electrical drawings and Material Takeoffs. Reviews and modifies test form design/formats to ensure that relevant data are captured.
Administers and participates in punch-list meetings to ensure that work-to-go items are tracked, signed off and updated as per construction schedule. Actively addresses all Client Observations resulting in the timely turnover of all major electrical system packages/dossiers within the stipulated deadline.
Interfaces with Clients, Management and Subcontractor employees at all levels on documentation issues.
Develops and supervises the implementation of office procedures, filing and record-keeping. Compiles information, prepares correspondence, reports and spreadsheets as required by project team members. Works independently to complete routine tasks.
Plan, organize, evaluate and prioritize work effectively to suit job demands and schedule/project changes. Manage multiple, time-sensitive tasks simultaneously and under pressure with minimum supervision.
Independently prepared a report on lessons learned regarding Setroute administration and turnover documentation as it relates to the electrical systems for management's inclusion on Train 2.

Screened the documentation/correspondence of the Project Superintendent and Field Engineer Supervisor for routing, signature and delegation to others.
