1997- to present: Director - Energy Solutions/Petrosol Procurement Services.
Responsible for overall running of the company, developing and building relationships with current & new customers within Venezuela's Energy & Utilities market including local & offshore EPCs, IOCs &/or O&Ms.

1996 - 1997: Project Material Manager - Foster Wheeler Caribe Corp.
Main activities being performed include major procurement activities & materials information tracking system support for Sincor Project, Perez-Companc Crude Oil Treatment Plant, Gas and Oil pipeline and Flow Reprocess station projects in addition to CANTV Fiber Optic Project.

1991 - 1996: Planning & Material Control Coordinator - Foster Wheeler/OTEPI Consultores, S.A. Chief Material Coordinator for Maraven Refinery Expansion Project - Package "A".
Since Sep92. Responsibilities involved coordination of customs services & material control information systems supervising a four member's team. Other project: LAGOVEN´s FGD Desulphurization unit in Amuay: Scope of work included project & material control coordination, and PEQUIVEN´s new fire fighting system at El Tablazo petrochemical complex in charge of material control coordination.

1988 - 1991: Planning & Material Control Manager Assistant - G.P.I./Davy McKee Ingeniería, C.A. Main activities performed were developed on various public and private projects. Main clients: PROCTER & GAMBLE de Venezuela, PALMAVEN & METRO DE CARACAS. Responsibilities included receiving, issuing and inventory control of all construction materials & equipment through computerized material control system, supervising one team of four members.

1987 - 1988: Industrial Appraisals Engineer – CONECAM/Marshall & Stevens.
Scope of work included the total appraisal of SIDOR´s seamless pipe plant for the purpose of technology selection. Two civil & two mechanical technicians were under my supervision during the surveying, material takeoffs, & analysis of information relevant to the appraisal.

1985 - 1986: Field Engineer - Manuel Planchart Ingenieros y Asociados.
Scope of work involved the construction supervision & control of 7 medium span bridges on the Venezuela's Orient Highway. Main responsibilities included the control & supervision of all construction stages supervising four foremen in charge of four construction crews.
