Involved in the certification of CE Marking - According to various EU Directives Viz. PED, ATEX, MD, RoHs, WEEE, for various products Viz. pressure vessels, heat exchangers, valves, electrical equipments, Non electrical equipment etc.

Involved Certification of organization to ISO 9000: 2000 & 14000 standards.

Instrumental in the type approvals of Welding consumables for Esab India Limited, Ador India Limited, Mailam India Limited

Job Chronology
Technical and Business Lead – CE Marking and ATEX (July 2007 to till date)
Working as Technical and Business Lead in Det Norske Veritas AS, an international player in the quality certifying industry ranking second globally and a leader in the sub-continent. Vertical Responsible for ATEX directive and horizontal responsible for other directives, in terms of project finalization, execution, technical quires and recommendation to Issue certificate. Support to All stations in India, Malaysia and Dubai.
Surveyor (May'1999 to June 2007)
Worked as surveyor in Det Norske Veritas AS, Responsibilities include visual inspection, review of mill test certificates, witness of radiography, magnetic particle, liquid penetrant, ultrasonic, mechanical testing, chemical testing & issue of inspection report & release note. And in technical guidance in the certification process for CE Making and ATEX Marking.
