My experience from Tri Ocean Engineering and PanCanadian (EnCana) includes department management, systems development and maintenance, project procurement management and supplier/fabricator qualifications (ISO auditor). My work with PanCanadian/EnCana and Shell has provided a strong understanding of the end user financial, procurement and technical requirements of an EPCM contractor.

As Manager of Procurement of Tri Ocean I have built the department from a group of three buyers and an expeditor to a full function department of eighteen buyers and expeditors, invoice processing staff and support over 18 months. The team has worked on several large projects in the $700 million dollar range of projected capital as well as providing services for a major Canadian operator for facility development with a project portfolio in excess of $500 million per year.
