MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Perform procurement, expediting, and task force management activities

4. Contracting: negotiation and contract preparation for the following categories; without limited to:
a. Logistics services (Offices, supply base, helicopters, certification, rental equipment, security)
b. Drilling units (lubs and fuel)
c. All well related services (directional drilling, MWD/LWD, drilling fluids, wireline etc)
d. Materials and equipment (Purchase orders and expediting, import and export)
e. Drilling units and vessels, casing and tubing and other long lead items f. Engineering and construction contracts (man hours, EPC, reimbursable, lump sum, join ventures)
g. Production and maintenance contracts
5. Contract administration a. Database (registration) and pre-qualification process b. Invoicing process (SAP requisitions/taxes)
c. Claims and deviations. Variation to contracts and change orders (price analysis and escalation))
d. Contract monitoring to ensure contractor delivery performance. Audit reviews e. Contract close out and inventories, surplus disposal phase (sell of surpluses)
f. Local content and reporting to main stakeholders. Liaison with government regulatory bodies/ partners.
6. Risk analysis (HSE, Legal, financial and banking)
a. Vendors/contractors financial statements b. Banking evaluations (Eximbank projects financing)
c. Market and projects evaluation (demands/offer)
