6. Reviewing and processing of any claims against vendors for unsatisfactory equipment, material or third part services
7. Verifying the confirmation and acceptance of the material as Material / Good Received for invoice payment.
8. Preparation and issue of relevant expediting reports on regular basis.
9. Update expediting and material tracking and reporting system in SAP / ERP.
10. Follow Quality Assurance system's guidelines.
11. Conduct internal Expediting group audits to ensure conformance to procedures.

1. Negotiations with contractors and transporters to follow and obtain best price and services.
2. Executing of material movement plane.
