**** Current work includes steering bits in extended reach( up to 10,000' of vertical section) horizontal laterals in tite, fractured, thin 3'-5' carbonate reservoirs as well as working as a company man overseeing the drilling of wells in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas.

Primary work for the past fourteen years has been for various oil and gas companies including Great Lakes Chemical Corp., St Mary Land and Exploration Company, Palmer Petroleum, Smackover Resources, and various others. Work involved evaluation of well sites, development and exploration geology, for the production and disposal of brine from the Smackover Formation. Work also included lease strategies and recommendations, drilling contract negotiations, mud programs, electric logging of wells, coring, drill stem testing, running and cementing pipe, cased hole logging, well stimulation recommendations and serving as an expert witness before the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission. Overseeing the drilling of wells from rig move in to running and cementing of production casing.
