Providing onsite coaching/consulting/inspection of a prestigious construction project development in South Wales, advise /assisting construction team on assigned project with HSE records and statistics. Intervene and stop work for unsafe acts or conditions as needed. Responsible for implementing Site Safety plan verification activities. Providing proactive support and guidance to management and work force in achieving safety standards for work activities. Consultation with Contractor Safety Representatives to assure safety inspection coverage requirements are being met.
