- In 2004, successfully assisted in prevention of a strike by negotiating with the strike leaders. This helped to avoid major disruption in the operations and complaints by Clients, and consequential loss of US $50k per day.
- Prepared, developed and updated Procurement Procedure. As a result of aggregation of demand and issuance of supply agreements helped to reduce administration by 20%, and has led to cumulative saving of >US $100k.
-Prepared, developed and updated the full set of administration procedures, including but not limited to, Use of Company Vehicles, Use of Company provided mobile phones, Use of email and the Internet, Accounting process chart and procedure. These improvements resulted in the regulation and improvement of the processes. The mobile phone policy has led to a reduction in expenditures by circa 15%.
- Prepared, developed and updated the full set of HR procedures, including but not limited to: HR Manual; Employee Handbook; Training and Employee Development; Health Monitoring; Payroll; Travel Subsistence and other Business Expenses; Disciplinary Actions; Annual Appraisal; Grievance; Recruitment and Selection.
