* Provides consultative services for recruitment and HR functions tailor-made in conjunction with the manpower planning to a wide collection of clients.
* Coordination of International Recruitment activities of Pro-search from worldwide branches/associates and head office.
* Conducts telecon and personal interview of local / GCC applicants for job match-up.
* Preparation of print ad draft for Gulf News.
* Preparation and poof-reading of ad lay-out texts for newspaper publication and website posting.
* Checks and takes appropriate action regarding daily incoming e-mail and facsimiles.
* Notifies International offices and / or associates for scheduled workshops/interviews.
* Develops new agents / associates for various source areas in the world
* Updates International / Overseas Order (Status) Report of Clients.
* Pre-qualifies on-line CVs of applicants for match-up with current job requirements of various clients.
* Preparation and submission of Recruitment Agreements for local / GCC / International clients and agents.
* Supervises on-site interview workshop of clients in different source overseas source areas (Asia, E. Europe, Russia, S. Africa among others).
* Undertakes personal client visits in Dubai for discussion of interview workshop preparation, new requirements submission and pertinent documents endorsement / retrieval.

PROJECT OFFICER
Job Summary: Performs a wide variety of general functions in relation to the coordination of recruitment, match-up and mobilization of candidates. Closely interacts with clients in disseminating information, instructions for proper synchronization of day-to-day recruitment activities.
* Gathers and develops new / fresh CVs of suitable candidates for match-up with existing manpower requisitions.
* Carries out pre-evaluation interview of probable candidates for endorsement to every client's open manpower requisitions.
* Checks daily the incoming e-mail, facsimiles and various forms of correspondence from the aforementioned clientele firms.
* Composes/drafts communications for proper coordination and information of every client.
* Updates various clients on the status of their candidates (i.e. on a daily-basis, as may be required).
* Issues medical referrals and monitors candidates undergoing pre-medical examinations.
* Supervise in maintaining and updating files of principals, workers and other pertinent documents within the department.
* Notifies candidates and coordinates scheduled workshops/interviews.
* Extends assistance to clients / principal's representative(s) during interview workshops.
* Organizes line-up of candidates before and during workshop proper; updates listing(s) as necessary.
* Represents Company during jobs fairs as well as provincial sourcing/recruitment.
* Develops new source areas to generate well-suited candidates for match-up with clients' urgent manpower requisitions.
* Attends to candidates (with offer, pending, in-process, et al ) and monitors their proper accomplishment and timely submission of required documents during processing period to meet timely deployment of candidate as required by clients/principals.
* Prepares various status reports – pro forma, enlistment, work-in-progress, updating; monitors inputs & remarks on candidates.
* Makes pro-forma for reports (statistical, tabular, rejoinder-type, literature) such as weekly status reports, resume referral template among others.
* Prepares ad drafts, advertisement layouts for proper approval of Project Manager, Management and Client(s).
* Ensures that ad schedules are met and ads are published in a timely manner.
* Accomplishes endorsement of Qualification of Resume form for transmittal to requesting clients/principals.
* Serves/extends job offers for and in behalf of clients/principals to selected candidates.
* Provides documentation / orientation as well as forms and "kits" to candidates.
* Conducts PDOS/Final briefings; provides "kits" to candidates scheduled for deployment/mobilization.
* Maintain and updates company website.
* Undertakes maintenance, troubleshooting and development of IPAMS' computer system (software and hardware), installation of new programs / software, and upgrade/acquisition of computer peripherals, components and units.
