* The project was 'kicked off' on September 21, 1992 and Mr. Cooke was the project manager until resigning in April 1996 to the Improvement Team to consolidate EPCOR telecommunications and Automatic Meter Reading project estimated at $90,000,000.
* Staff included 4 senior personnel, drafting technicians from engineering (7 staff not all full time) and six field personnel plus control operators plus an average of four consultants part time.
