* IWCF approved Assessor & Instructor for Rotary Drilling Well Control Courses (both Surface Stack & Combined Surface & Sub Sea Stack) at Well Control School, IDT (An Integrated QHSE Certified Institute), ONGC, INDIA. Till date conducted 379 IWCF approved well control courses & imparted training to about 5287 participants (Drillers, Drilling Supervisors, Drilling Engineers, Drilling Managers) from more than 80 Indian & Overseas Companies.
* At Oman trained about 200 participants of MB Petroleum for IWCF Rotary Drilling Course using Portable Simulator
* IADC approved Instructor for Drilling & Work Over Well Control Courses at Well Control School, ONGC, INDIA
Till date conducted 160 nos. IADC approved & other well control courses & imparted training to about 2500 participants from Indian & Overseas Companies.
* IWCF approved Instructor for Well Intervention Pressure Control Courses at Well Control School, ONGC, INDIA
Till date conducted 6 nos. Well Intervention Pressure Control Courses & imparted training to about 84 participants.

June 95 to Nov. '98:
Position Title: Worked as Senior Drilling Engineer with ONGC, India.
(Superintending Engineer- Drilling / Dy SE)
* Worked in Research & Development Division of Institute of Drilling Technology, ONGC & carried out:
i) Design, engineering & programming of deep, critical & high temperature oil & gas wells which includes casing design, drill string design, geology, bit selection for various types of formation, hydraulics program for bit & ROP optimization, cementing calculations, etc.
ii) Study of Pore Pressure, Fracture Pressure & reservoir heterogeneities of various fields & framing of drilling strategy.
June' 92 to May' 95:
Position Title: Drilling Supervisor with ONGC, India on Land Rig.
* Supervised drilling of high-pressure wells, deep wells (more than 16,000 ft. depth) on land area
* Responsible for complete planning & execution of drilling & completion of wells
* Responsible for safe, efficient operation of Rig & Implementation of HSE standards
* Responsible for Mud, Bits & complete drilling operations including fishing
* Experience in commissioning of A-1320-UE Rig
June' 88 to May' 92:
Position Title: Drilling Supervisor with ONGC, India on Offshore Rig.
* Worked on cantilever type Offshore Jack Up Rig
* Intense Supervision & organization of operations to ensure the continuous & smooth operations
* Responsible for implementation of yearly HSE plan on Rig
* Drilled & completed approximately 40 nos. of exploratory & development wells on 6/9 well platform
* Carried out Dual Completion in number of wells
* Drilled & completed 15 nos. of oil wells containing sour gas (H2S)
* Worked over approximately 15 nos. of all kind of wells
* Developed first sour gas field of India
* Handled simultaneous loss & kick situation in Bombay High Field
* Association with drilling engineering which includes bit selection, AFE, well planning, hydraulics, cementing calculations, implementation of mud programs, BHA selection, familiarize with torque & drag chart
June' 87 to May' 88:
Position Title: Tour Pusher with ONGC, India.
* Worked as night Tour Pusher on cantilever type offshore Jack Up Rig
* Drilled & completed 10 nos. of deviated wells
June' 84 to May' 87:
Position Title: Driller with ONGC, India.

* Drilled & completed 30 nos. of all kinds of wells such as exploratory, deviated, development, work over & horizontal
