I. At Silver Tech Middle east
Project: Pressure reducing and Metering Station's Upgrade Syria.
As part of the upgrade existing Foxboro DCS is replaced with Yokagawa CS3000 DCS. And existing Maglog based ESD is replaced by HIMA PLC. New multistream Mobrey Solotron Flow computer is installed in redundant configuration. The DCS communicates with flow computer and ESD system using redundant Modbus serial link. VNET interface is provided for 3 HMI and 1 Engineering station.
Responsibilities: Project Management, Design & Development supervision, FAT and commissioning.

Project: F&G system Upgrade at Abu Dhabi.
This Project has three parts one is to install the redundant fiber optic Ethernet ring and connect 10 HMI stations, redundant OPC servers, 4 GE Fanuc PLC and 19 AB PLC5 Via redundant AB PLC5/80E. Upgrade the existing RS View32 with latest version and interface to Cimplicity HMI and GE Fanuc PLCs. Second part is to upgrade the existing 90/70 3 PLCs, add more IO stations for existing these system and install new 90/70 PLC with IO station for New plant Area. And third part is to install redundant PLC5/80E PLCs and establish redundant DH+ link between 19 nos of PLC5/20 PLCs and Connect to Ethernet ring
Responsibilities: Project Management, Design & Development supervision, Programming of AB PLCs, Re configuring of RS View & adding interface to GE Fanuc PLC & Cimplicity HMI, FAT and commissioning.

Project: F&G System for Process train in Gas plant, Abu Dhabi.
Installation of F&G system for three-process train and utility area. The F&G system is based on Triconex Triple Modular redundant PLC. Two PLCs are installed one for new train and other PLC for existing two trains. Cimplicity HMI is provided as operator interface and Triconex SOE recorder is installed as SOE recorder.
Responsibilities: Project Management, Design & Development supervision, Triconex PLC Programming, FAT and commissioning.

Project: Control and Monitoring System for Onshore Production Facility in Libya
The system was based on GE Fanuc redundant 90-70 CPU with Simplex 90-30 IO Modules. The system controls both the oil and gas plants, in addition the system also used for ESD. 3 Cimplicity stations used as operator interface, the system is also interfaced with 5 nos of Omni flow computer using Modbus Serial Link.
Responsibilities: Project Management, Design & Development supervision and FAT

Project: ESD Systems for Onshore Production and Central processing Facilities in Syria
The existing pneumatic and electrical ESD system was upgraded to Hima H51q HRS ESD system at 6 production stations and 3 CPF, WIZCON HMI is given as operator interface at each location. As part of the project ESD initiators were also replaced
Responsibilities: Project Management, Design & Development supervision FAT, SAT and commissioning

Project: Process Control and Safety Systems for Onshore Production Facility in Kuwait
The Process system was based on GE Fanuc redundant 90-30 CPU with redundant 90-30 IO Modules. The ESD system was based on Hima H51q HRS, the CPU, IO and Communication modules are in Duplex configuration. Both systems were communicating via RS232 RTU using Modbus protocol. Cimplicity HMI is given as operator interface
Responsibilities: Project Management, Design & Development supervision and FAT

Project: Fire and Gas Monitoring system for Onshore wells at Abu Dhabi, UAE
The system was based on General Monitor fire detection cards. There were 7 systems for different wells. Few wells also had High protection Pressure system control in the panel.
Responsibilities: Complete system, FAT and commissioning.

II. At CSE Systems & Engineering (I) Ltd.
Project: Fire and Gas Monitoring system, Ballast & Damage, Bulk Handling System for Drilling Rig in Gulf of Mexico, USA
The system has seven computer based workstation and six operator touch panels for user interface, and six pairs of Programmable logic controllers for interlocking and sequencing. Major components in the control system including communication media is dual redundant. Wonderware Corporation's intouch HMI package is used on the computer workstations to provide graphical interface of the system. Allen Bradley's PLC5 series Control net processors are used for sequence control.
Responsibilities: Complete software development, and commissioning.

Project: Pressure reducing and Metering Station's and pipeline monitoring Syria.
The control system installed for Pressure reducing and metering station included the 250 Km of pipeline monitoring. Servelec S500 RTU was installed in each block valve station. The system was Process logix system from Allen Bradley communicating to 5 RTU over Modbus. The ESD system was based on Hima Planar4 Logic system.
Responsibilities: Design & Development, FAT and commissioning

Project: Process Control, ESD and Fire & Gas System for Multi-product Berth At Qatar.
The Systems Has Modicon PLC as Process control System and HIMA PLC for ESD and FIRE & GAS. It had 10 Operator and Engineering work stations with Redundant Server with Wonder ware as HMI Software
Responsibilities: Project Management and Engineering Review.

Project: Process Control and Safety System for Oil Production Platform, At Mediterranean Sea, Syria.
The Systems has Allen Bradley Control logix Series PLC and Workstations with Wonderware Corporation's intouch HMI Package. Major components in the control system including communication media is dual redundant. He entire process functions are automated
Responsibilities: Complete HMI development, and commissioning.

Project: Process Control System for Oil Production Platform, Well Control System, At ANGOLA.
The Systems were Allen Bradley PLC 5 Series processor and Workstations with Wonderware intouch HMI Package. The system had lot of mathematical Computation for various Gas flow Calculations. The well controls are totally unmanned. All the systems have Interface to SQL server.
Responsibilities: Complete software development, and commissioning.

III. At Towler Automation Ltd.
Project: Automation of Demineralized Water treatment Plant, ICS Senegal
This plant is totally unmanned the entire status monitoring and operation is done from computer-based workstation. The control system has Modbus interface for integrating with the other process area in the plant, this also has interface to sixty-four smart transmitters in the plant through HART protocol. Allen Bradley dual redundant processor PLC 5/80 is used as hot backup system. The system has about 1500 discrete input/output. Rockwell software's RS VIEW32 is used as user graphical interface.
Responsibilities: Pre sale engineering, Estimation, Engineering, Complete software development, project management, and commissioning.
Project: Automation of Demineralized Water treatment Plant, Vietnam
This plant is totally unmanned the entire status monitoring and operation is done from Touch screen operator station. The control system has Modbus interface for integrating with the other process area in the plant, the system has about 1200 discrete input/output.
Responsibilities: Pre sale engineering, Estimation, Engineering, Complete software development, project management, and commissioning.
Coffee seed processing plant automation, At India
In this system the automation done from receipt of green coffee till the packing of various type of finished coffee. The type of coffee was keyed by the planning department, this information to operator was given through operator panel the line selection and the batching process will be done by programmable logic controller. It had two computer workstations, one for monitoring at maintenance office and other for controlling at planning office. Also it had three-operator interface located at sorting area, blending area, packing area. The communication among all these components is through DH485 protocol.
Responsibilities: Pre sale engineering, Estimation, Engineering, Complete software development, project management, and commissioning.

IV. Control InfoTech Ltd.
Project: Carbon Rodding Room Automation for Aluminum Smelter at Nigeria
In the rodding room, which had 19 process stations and material handling system, each process station had Siemens 115 PLC with about 300 I/Os and one number of 155 PLC with about 2000 I/Os for material handling system. Which were all networked through SINEC L2 network and connected to Wonderware workstation.
Responsibilities: Software development for Material handling system and eight process stations, and commissioning at Nigeria.

Project: Gas Cleaning Plant for Steel plant in India.
This is application is for steel plant at electric arc furnace, which is used to melt the Steel and control the carbon contents in the steel. During this process the gas produced will pollute the environment and is hazardous for human health. This plant is used to filter out the carbon monoxide and other gases. The system consisted of computer workstation with Siemens COROS SCADA package. The control system is Siemens Programmable logic controller S5-155 having 1200 digital I/Os, 140 Analog I/Os, 15 Software PID loops.
Responsibilities: Engineering and complete software development, and commissioning

Project: Water Filtration Plant Automation for steel plant.
This is used in Steel plant. At HSM area to clean the water and recycle the same that is used in the rolling mill. This had Siemens 135 PLC with 600 digital I/Os and a COROS SCADA station.

V. Leonardo Engineering Ltd.
Project: Automation of Electro-plating Plant
This plant is completely Automated and operated unmanned. The operator can set all the process parameters like sequence and timing.

Project: Automation of Carding Machine
This is used in a textile application for extracting the threads from the cotton fibers. This was developed for textile Machine manufacturer as a prototype.
