* Supports coordinator logistic in local procurement, if any.
* Prepares daily site report to all activities and progress on construction sites.
* Escalates any fatal/critical findings to respective manager both internal and Partner /subcontractor.
* Performs milestone analysis to each on going CME works and takes Immediate corrective/preventive actions for any (potential) deviation.
* Submits milestone analysis report to respective Area Manager CME.
* Prepares weekly report based on the daily site report
* Evaluates target achievement and compares as-plan versus actual progress.
* Derives lesson learned from the progress of last month as base for Setting better strategy for CME works in the assigned cluster.
* Conducts review / evaluations to the performance of CME partner /subcontractors.
