WORK RESPONSIBILITIES

* Taking materials from the boat, issuing of materials to employees and third parties
* Working with the crane (Movement of tools, equipment and materials)
* General Rig Maintenance.
* Preparation of likely job hazard and job safety analysis (J.S.A) prior to commencement of every job.
* Proper hand over before and after tower/days job.
* Ensuring good working relation with crew member and other worker etc.

* Ability to develop effective working relationship with staffs, supervisors and Boss
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both Oral and in writing

* Updating personnel on board (POB)

* Ensure that every tools, materials and equipment to be used by the company (Worker) are available always.
* Take proper inventories i.e. intake and issuing of materials, tools and equipments is been recorded on every transaction and report been passed on to rig manager on interval of 2 weeks, preparing my inventory (checking of inventory on daily basis) and make sure that orders are made when necessary at the right time.
* Keeping track records of what is been issue out, with name, department, materials issued, quantity, date time and signature
* keeping records on how much is been spend on procuring materials, tools and equipments. which materials. tools and equipments takes the highest, and which departments take the highest and for which purpose, and reasons.
* Relating with head of each department on what they need ahead of the up coming project (Job)
* Every materials, tools and equipments issue to worker, departments head (Supervisors) on how good these items are and comments to be recorded, because of the item to known which to place order, and not to place order for because of other times.
* Relating with rig manager or to corporate office to be aware on how the warehouse (Store) is doing. This relates not only to materials, tools and equipment issue to worker, but to employer-employee relationship on materials issues out to work.
* Handling occupational safety and employee relations within the warehouse relates any issue or matter back to the rig manager.
* Taking directives from Rig manager, O.I.M and company man.
