Over the last 32 years, I have been employed in various positions in the law enforcement/security field with many of those years in executive management positions. I have been a certified law enforcement investigation, interview and interrogation instructor for many years.. I served as a (CPMT) Civilian Protection Monitor Team member in Sudan through the US State Department investigating war crimes during the ongoing civil war in Sudan. Those investigation reports would go directly to the US State Dept and in turn to the US Congress. I also trained the remainder of the teams in interview and interrogation I served as the Director of Public Safety for the City of Unalaska; I served as an International Police Monitor, employed by DAOL (UK) Ltd. for the East Timor mission. Responsible for the training and oversight of over 300 Timorese Police Officers and UN Police Officers in all phases of law enforcement/security to include training in investigation. I worked in the security field in Iraq from March 2004 until Sept 2006 as Director of Security, Iraq for a large US firm working on economic and humanitarian assistance programs throughout the country. In this position I conducted intelligence investigations on a daily basis while in the red zone Iraq. I am currently working as a personal police advisor/mentor to a senior Afghan Police General which includes mentoring the investigations for the whole region.

March 2004 – June 2005 Security Manager Washington Group International, Mullah Abdullah, Iraq
As a security manager responsible for the construction and security of a 200 man camp in North Central Iraq. Oversee all aspects of security as it relates to the protection of the camp and work site, and the personnel who live and work at the site. I supervised over 100 security personnel. I was responsible for liaison with the US Military, Iraqi Defense Force, and the Iraqi Police regarding all aspects of security. I was also responsible for overseeing the security of all Iraqi water projects throughout the country.

As a CPMT Civilian protection monitor team member was responsible for investigating violations against Sudanese civilians by the two military groups (SPLA) Sudanese Peoples Liberation Army and the Government of Sudan. Investigated and reported violations of both parties to the US State Dept.

UNPOL District Police Commander. International Police Program DynCorp International UK LTD Maliana District East Timor.
As an UNPOL District Commander I was responsible for the oversight and supervision of 300 East Timorese Police Officers and 50 UN Police Officers representing several different countries. Duties also included daily interaction and liaison with the Military peacekeeping forces in the country which included the Australian, New Zealand, Fiji, Singapore and Japanese battalions. Responsibilities also included interaction and liaison with the West Timor (Indonesia) government and Police and military forces regarding cross border issues

Director of Public Safety, City of Dutch Harbor/ Unalaska Alaska
The Department of Public Safety was comprised of six divisions to include Fire/EMS, Police Communications, Corrections, Administration and Department of Motor Vehicles/Information Systems. Responsible for the oversight and supervision of 32 employees and 49 volunteer fire/EMS personnel and police reserves. The Department is responsible for all aspects of Public safety and security for the community of Unalaska. The community of Unalaska encompasses Dutch Harbor considered to be the world's busiest commercial fishing port. Although Unalaska has a static population of 5,000 people the daily transient population is between 40,000 and 50,000 which includes commercial fishing industry personnel from around the world.

Responsible for oversight and supervision of four divisions police, communications, corrections and DMV.

Security Sergeant American Guard and Alert Anchorage Alaska served with an oil company during the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Project. I attained the position of Sergeant during my employment. I was responsible for supervision of 35 security officers who were assigned to Exxon Company Oil Spill Response equipment.
