My working experience combines two main areas: one being the industrial environment of a manufacturing facility including planning, IT, logistics and supply chain management; the other being the commercial environment of a subsidiary in a competitive and highly aggressive market. I have been able to adapt and transform to face and solve issues, enhance business opportunities, remove obstacles to allow growth, implement solutions and understand cultural differences. I deal with luxury products, understand and manage the value of a brand. My working experience has been carried out in a relatively independent environment where decision have been taken with considerable autonomy.
