Logistical support to offshore & onshore facilities by performing the following:

* Direct coordination of daily loading/offloading operations implementing corresponding work plans) with the Marine Supervisor/Jetty Foreman/Yard foreman/Storekeeper and Rig clerk.
* Preparation/facilitation of relevant documentations such as cargo manifest, vessel clearances,
Equipment return notification, Shore base delivery note, Delivery notes, Lifting Certificates/Material Safety Datasheets to& from offshore facilities,
* Preparation of monthly marine reports like, Vessel running report, water/fuel consumables, bulk
Consumables etc.,
* Preparation & filing of cargo manifest for Pearl Platform thru their SAP System & Vessel Departure Clearance for GTL shell. (Pearl 1 & 2).

* Crew reporting to Base Supervisor & process all relevant documentations needed for shore base and offshore rigs on a day to day base operations,
* Coordination with the Yard/Jetty Foremen/Storekeeper and Rig clerk on materials/equipment deliveries to Offshore,
* Preparation/processing of cargo manifest/attachments & other relevant documents required for the offshore facilities,
* Upkeep/ safekeeping of original delivery notes delivery to accounts department & copy file for base references. Proficient in Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, project management software, etc.

*Coordinate with the procurement & logistics department to secure resources for the placement of purchase orders for the stock replenishment provisioning. Establish a schedule in advance in order to meet target dates associated with drilling schedules. All the service companies to be informed about the drilling operation requirements. Schduled phone calls and visit the machine shops to check the Pubs made, recut threads and back delivery to base with QA/QC inspection.7"liner laser tested at base if needed. May 2007 till Feb 2008: Was employed as Material Supervisor for Pride International based in Mumbai, India Drilling for ONGC.Job involves in inspection of stores, and Office related works with the Rig manager. The crew change and the entire vessel planning for goods delivery to the Rig. All the materials are updated in the computer daily. Check the daily Issues, Material Request and the pending Material Request and the PO's. Performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by the Head of Operations & Asset or the Head of Procurement and Contract. Supervising material take-off, procurement and warehousing activities. Prepared material requirements for new building up offshore jack up Rig. Supervised the procurement and tracking of these Materials. Supervise loading/offloading of boats and trailers, prepare Bill of Lading for all Materials, facilitate telephone and radio communications as directed by the company representative.

Oct. 2004 to April 2007: Worked for Arabian Drilling Company in Saudi Arabia as Material Supervisor for Rig's AD 03/14/31/32/17 [Onshore & Offshore Rigs]. Responsible for receiving materials, inspection, storage/preservation, issuing, physical shutdown reservations and exception reporting, housekeeping of warehouse facilities and maintenance of the buildings. Ensures all responsibilities are performed in accordance with the company's HSE policy, procedures and processes in a cost effective and timely manner. Identifies the damaged, obsolete, surplus and redundant materials, arrange and check storage facilities and prepares Write Off forms and supervise the removal from site. Work closely in liaison with the Logistics & Dept. head Supervisors, contractors and subordinates and inter-departmental Supervisors. Follow up with suppliers for return of repairable Items after repair. Reviews and ensures the implementation of warehouse staff training needs and respective plan with emphasis on the professional development of Saudi Nationals. I just left an Expansion Project for ARAMCO as the Procurement, Logistics and Materials Supervisor. Responsibilities included buying new Drilling Rig spares. My responsibilities changed as the project progressed and moved toward a scheduled Turnaround in March '07. During the months of February and March, I was the onsite Buyer, with the main element in Houston, Texas & Jebel Ali & UAE) I bought various materials, gave input to establish a procurement system (we decided on software JD Edwards) and operating procedures and basically helped establish how we would do business in reference to procurement. In the months of April and May, I worked logistic issues and managed the removal of 600 tons of scrap steel from several of our lay-down yard sites. From June to November 06, I worked on setting up the lay-down and fab yards and receiving, storing and issuing some advanced material for small projects and the turnaround performs other similar or related duties as and when assigned by the Head of Operations.

Sept.2002 to August 2004: Worked for Precision Drilling International at Surat RIG 709, Gujarat as a Material Supervisor / Purchaser for Niko Resources. Supervises subordinates and ensure that warehouse procedures, processes and QHSE management systems are adhered to and implemented especially those related to the handling and storage of materials. Supervises safe loading and unloading of materials, packing, receipts, proper storage, preservation, issues, returns and transfer of inventory materials. Ensures all respective transactions are entered and updated in Computer on daily basis. Conducts all work activities in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived as unsafe.
