Successfully mitigated and resolved contract disputes by international EPC contractor, and local Brazilian mechanical and electrical contractors on a billion dollar refinery expansion project. Prepared dispute resolution strategy and acted as lead negotiator for the project team.

A member of the site management team in Angola responsible for overview of the formation and administration of a variety of EPC, lump sum and cost reimbursable contracts on a $9 billion Angola LNG project.
