I have served as Chief Inspector for Construction Management on The Heartland Corridor Project in West Virginia. Four as Chief Inspector for the city of Atlanta on the West Area CSO. Eighteen years in supervisory positions. Fifteen years drilling, blasting and training. Bituminous Coal Operators of America (BCOA) Supervisory Training Certified. Surface and Underground MSHA and OSHA Trainer. International Society of Explosive Engineers (ISEE) Member and level 2 Blaster.
