* Over see stripping and kick drills on the rig floor prior to drilling reservoir section.
* Ensure that all daily reports are detailed and accurate.
* Ensure timely call out and return of equipment and personnel to minimize cost.
* Ensure hole cleaning practices are being used.
* Supervise LOT / FIT for the well.
* Monitor the ECD while drilling not to induce formation breakdown with PWD and press pro.
* Input into the chose of bits to be run over the various section and grade the bits when at surface.
* Prepare the final drilling report for the well.
* Make sure all personnel are fully aware of the Well bore stability and potential loss zones
* Ensure that the well abandonment procedures are in accordance with the UKOOA guidelines.
* Supervise and prepare the wire line rig up's and ensure all corrected method statements are in place and correct.
* Supervise the rig up of all well test surface equipment.
* Perform well kill operation with brine.
* Oversee the coil tubing milling and drift runs required to clean out scale from the well.
* Supervise the coil setting of inflatable bridge plugs.
* Oversee the pumping and displace of liquid stone cement through coil tubing. 7" sand screen liner and Run Completion/ nitrogen lift well test.
* Pull completion, Mill window and sidetrack 8-1/2" section.
* Horizontal Cement plugs & Kick off, high gas/ high pressure.
