- Ensuring there is coordination with the Fabrication/ Loadout Contractor affecting operations.
- Liaise with the Fabrication hook-up group on projects that they are responsible for.
- Develop the scope of work, assist in the award of subcontracts and then coordinate same.

CPP Platform (jacket, topsides installation and in field pipeline installation)
Specific Project Scope of Work:

Reporting to the Installation Manager, the Operations Engineer is responsible for the development of procedures and the coordination and execution of onshore and offshore works. Project details include:

* Installation of 8-leg 4,000 MTon jacket by launching, wet towing and stern positioning, 53 m water.
* Installation of 84" x 60mm piles, 5 sections with final penetration of 126m.
* Grouting of jacket legs annulus
* Installation of CPP Deck, weight = 15,800 Mton by floatover
* Installation of 3-phase 24" Production riser and pipeline between CPP and WHP-A platforms. This includes a future tie-in point to connect to the future Su Tu Den North East development
* Installation of communications / power cable between CPP and WHP-A platforms
* Installation of 12" Oil Transfer and 10" Gas Lift pipelines between CPP and the WHP-A infrastructure. These new pipelines will be connected to the existing WHP-A pipelines by means of Hot Taps
* Installation of 16" Water Injection pipeline from CPP platform to be installed as a stub line, to connect to the future Su Tu Den North East development
* Installation of 12" Oil Transfer and piggy backed with a 4.5" Fuel Gas pipelines from CPP to a new PLEM, these pipelines and PLEM will service a new FSO facility.

SENIOR FIELD ENGINEER

General Responsibility

- Preparing installation procedures in accordance with the level II procedure and with due regard for safety.
- Reporting to the Offshore Installation Manager and Barge Superintendent on the Marine Construction Barge.
- Liaise with Client's Representative to ensure the work performed within the required specifications, codes & standards.
- Ensuring that all work carried out safely in compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.
- Prepare material lists for construction materials and project consumables, and liaise with the Project Coordinator for procurement of requirements.
- Monitoring the progress of the work and site conditions and advising the Operations Engineer of any development that may result in changes to the project schedule and/ or execution sequence.
- Advising the Barge Superintendent and/ or Barge staff including subcontractors regarding the planning and execution of the work, the contractual and technical aspects of the work
- Participate in the resolution of any technical problems arising during offshore installation and assist in the formulation of corrective action requirement.
