Wells were produced by ESPs down-hole. Formulated & implemented a preventive maintenance regime on the FPSO & monitored its effectiveness. Also supervised a major overhaul of the SPOL unit where its bearing & oil seal were changed.
Established an Integrity Management Section.
Field Operations Manager for over one (1) year responsible for all production, drilling, wireline, maintenance, logistics, projects, construction & commissioning plus all HSE matters controlling 210 staff plus sub-contractors and responsible for a budget of $25M pa.
