o Motivate the workers in Planning and Purchasing Department to create discipline, good understanding, and develop their professional skill and ability to achieve better career track.
o Develop, maintain, and upgrade the relationship/communication between company's internal units, government agencies, and private sectors to create excellent cooperation in task implementation.
o Prepare the management report periodically and occasionally.

* Purchasing and Invoice Verification o Responsible for the entire purchasing processes, from supplier selection, RFQ, negotiation, PO issuance, shipment monitoring, warranty/NCR process, invoice verification and payment voucher issuance for aircraft materials from rotables part, consumables part, general consumables (including lubricants and general materials), to technical publications, and fuel.
o Provide material supports and on-time procurement process to engineering dept. according to the MRP from planning dept. to avoid any disruption on customer's operations.
o Source new supplier possibilities from local and global network to keep the price competition as low as possible without reducing the quality and safety of the spare parts.
o Negotiate purchase contract with suppliers as a supply chain to obtain a price discount and a fix price guarantee for the fast moving spare parts. And also to ensure that the rare materials could be available in a timely manner.
o Monitor the A/P status for the aircraft materials and negotiate with suppliers for payment and credit terms.
o Respond to queries from other departments such as Tariff and cost structures, Reconciliations and aircraft built-up project.
o Source and advertise the aircraft lease and procurement project to meet with expanding marketing plans.
o Maintain a good supplier relationship management with the existing supplier.
o Implement SAP project particularly in MM module
