* Managed and trained 6 project/ facility engineers, a Scheduler and a Cost Estimator in undertaking Small Projects from opportunity identification, pre-FEED, FEED, EPCI, handover to Asset and ultimately technical/ financial close-out

Responsible for scoping, planning and readying cargo and slops tanks for planned manned entries for retrieval and repair of in-tank Marflex pumps, and addressing operational issues of the COW system:
* Set-up interim washing mechanism, plant drainage and storage systems in accordance with ISGOTT and MOC/ HSE procedures to prepare for de-mucking of mercury/ benzene laden sludge tank inventories and control of SRBs
* Assessed status-quo, addressed system flaws, and provided COW modification plan in live plant environment. Conceptualised potential modifications and operational parameters utilising much of existing infrastructure to keep cost low. Coordinated its feasibility study through WorleyParsons and presented to Senior Management for an estimated 0.8 MM CAPEX project

Responsible for supporting field operations and maintenance activities for Belanak FPSO and its WHPs:
* Defined and implemented the Repair & Return programme, managed vendor site-service callouts for repairs to topsides and subsea equipment and directed critical spares optimisation studies based on RCM
* Planned, written procedures and managed planned and unplanned turnarounds, interventions/ work-overs
* Organised Asset Integrity training for field personnel and beach engineering support; as well as regular on-the-job mentoring of Indonesian nationals
* Secured, implemented and managed goods and services Long Term Service Agreements valued several million USD each. Wrote technical scopes of work, specified material and manpower requirements, logistics, and cost estimates. Prepared tender packages – prequalification criteria, bid technical and cost estimate exhibits, HSE and QA/ QC sections
* Tendered and selected bidders in accordance with BPMIGAS regulation 007/ PTK/ VI/ 2004, and assessed bids through submitted documentation review, site visits, audits and personnel interviews
* Managed non-conformances for FPSO and WHPs; developed and implemented assets' warranty programme utilising KBR and McDermott's EPCI warranty provisions

* Attended weekly interface meetings with Project to help improve operability focus early in design and highlighted impacts of design decisions to operating philosophies and maintenance strategies
* Reviewed AFD/ AFC/ As-Built documentation submitted by Technip and SMOE to ensure project evolved according to Capital Projects Management Systems, in particular Operability Assurance and Operations Roadmap, and coordinated development of Plant Operations Manuals
* Compiled challenges, agreed their rectification plans and communicated these to Project's management via approved Operations-Projects hierarchy; emphasised where there were significant deviations on HSE, cost, schedule, quality and negative impact to plant operability/ maintainability
* Liaised between Project and Operations to ensure safety and operability limitations in design and warranty provisions were transferred to final operations personnel; resolved punchlists/ conflicts in accordance with Systems Acceptance Certificate criteria and Projects-to-Operations Handover Process procedure

Shallow water (90m) FPSO; part of site team responsible for Mechanical Completion and Commissioning of Heating Medium and Amine systems, and N2-leak testing of 25,000 tonnes topsides plant and verifying its integrity:
* Reviewed relevant work procedures, adjusted where necessary through change management process, and executed task accordingly. Identified potential risks/ hazards around systems prior to energising, isolated working-envelope about plant and performed pre-/ post-works linewalks
* Undertook mechanical completion and commissioning of my systems and handed over completed systems to Operations through System Acceptance Certificate signed by Client
* Supervised assigned technicians, vendors and McDermott shipyard personnel; lead daily toolbox talks and enforced yard tasks were conducted in accordance with McDermott's PTW system
* Liaised with project and MIGAS QA/ QC Inspectors to verify quality of work to project specifications, and ASME/ ANSI/ API standards/ recommendations

Developed the Utility Systems for revamp of Hutton TLP topsides for reuse as Prirazlomnoye topsides to be installed in Artic Circle. Responsible for brownfield design of Oily Water Treatment System and Open/ Closed Drains, and greenfield Oil Storage Systems. Accountable for:
* Produced system P&IDs, performed system hydraulic analysis and specified insulation requirements
* Sized equipment and produced their process/ mechanical equipment datasheets
