* Responsible for the training and mentoring of the Curacao Utilities Operating Company's maintenance management team. The maintenance training and mentoring program includes the following:
* A syllabus of power plant specific maintenance courses, to include Gas Turbine and Steam Turbine maintenances
* Reorganizing of various the maintenance management teams, to ensure each maintenance section is staffed with best leader for the task.
* Facilitate Gas Turbine outage planning and execution
* Review and provide technical recommendation on the status of various power plant's maintenance programs
* Managed the complete major overhaul of one of the site's GE frame five P Industrial gas turbine generator package. The entire gas turbine generator package was overhauled at a cost of 5. 8 Million dollars.
* Assist new owner teams in the complete mobilization of power plant programs and process.
* Review new O&M contracts and provide technical inputs and changes

Technical Director- 825 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant Skikda Power Plant 2007 – 2008
Oversee the short term and long-term maintenance programs of the power plant while ensuring all required contract guarantees are achieved. Responsibilities include:
* Execution of contract service agreements with various contracted vendors
* Managing a staff of 30 expatriates and local workers
* Organized, plan and managed three major 9FA+e Gas Turbine Generator inspections/outages. These outages were major inspections (MI), hot gas path inspections (HGPI) and combustion inspections (CI).
* Shipped all removed capital parts to repaired facility for repairs and future used.
* Review parts while they were in the shop, ensured parts pedigree and repaired quality were within OEM specifications.

General Manager for a $320 million long service agreement (LTSA) that includes the total planned and unplanned long term maintenance programs for a fleet of 13 - 175 megawatts GE industrial frame seven Gas Turbine generator sets of the GE 7FA Technology types. The site where located in five states.
* Organized, plan and managed thirteen major 7FA+e Gas Turbine Generator inspections/outages. These outages were major inspections (MI), hot gas path inspections (HGPI) and combustion inspections (CI).
* Researched, identified, acquired and shipped all outage related capital parts and consumable for the 7FA+e Gas Turbine Generator sets.
* Shipped all removed capital parts to repair facilities for repairs and future use.
* Review parts while they were in the shop, to ensured parts pedigree and repair work was within OEM specifications.
* All outages were successfully completed ahead of scheduled, below budget with zero EHS (safety) incidents and 100% customer satisfaction.
* Contributed to the future sales of the business by submitting over $20m worth of new capital parts orders
* Contributed over $10m in sales to the business, in the form contract payments variable payments and extra work for parts and services.
* Provide technical information as it pertains to the 7FA+e Gas Turbine Generator sets in the form of technical information letters and bulletins.

Marine Programs Manager, General Electric Power Systems 2000 - 2003
Program manager for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines long term service agreement (LTSA) that included the total planned and unplanned long-term maintenance programs for a fleet of five ships located worldwide. Ships were powered with the newly developed Combined Gas Turbine Electric and Steam Equipment (COGES).
The ships were powered with the GE LM 2500+ Technology gas turbine

* Prepared budgets, cost models, and managed an $80m annual budget.
* Implemented long-range maintenance plans and O&M specific program.
* Hired of marine engineers to ride the ships during test and trials a during the warranty period
* Contracted GE organizations and other vendors.
* Served as liaison between GE power system and Royal Caribbean (single point of contact).

* Spearheaded the full implementation and management of every aspect of the power plant operation and maintenance (O&M) programs during plant construction, start-up and three years of sustained operations. The plant O&M programs included budget programs, long term maintenance, outage planning, preventive and predicative, payroll and community.
* On behalf of the customer, oversaw the plant's construction process by establishing a rigorous punch list program and resolving costly construction errors for they came about.
* Skillfully managed and trained a multinational group diverse group of American expatriates and Colombian professionals all training was conducted in Spanish.

* Spearheaded the full implementation and management of the facilities and all O&M programs.
* During construction served as facility Start – up manager at times managing over ten different construction companies.
* Skillfully managed and trained a diverse group of over 20 talented Colombians professionals.

* During the first commercial year of operation, aggressively operated and maintained the facility achieving over 98% plant availability with zero liquidated damages.
