From 2000 To 2001
DESCRIPTION: Worked through M/s Nico International. Consultant and Contractors for Refineries, Plant Automation specially Gas and Petroleum industries.
I was posted at Fujairah Refinery Company Ltd. Fujairah U.A.E
There were two refineries of Chevron erected side by side near Fujairah Jetty. These refineries shifted from Texas. U.S.A
CONTRIBUTION:
The main assignment was supervision of Tank Repair, Alteration and Reconstruction according to API 653
§ Installation of Cathodic Protection System at Tank Bottom.
§ Prepared asbuild drawings for the both refineries.
From 1990 To 1997
DESCRIPTION: M/s Dadex Eternit Ltd. Technical affiliation with Belgium Base group Eternit Manufacturer of pipe for industrial and water sewerage use world wide. Dadex Eternit is the exclusive Licence in Pakistan of the Wavin group for uPvc, PE & PO pipe and Eternit group Belgium for high pressure FC pipe used for sewerage.
Dadex Eternit is a public limited Company, incorporated in 1959. Dadex is now transform into a giant operation with the state of the art services offering on turnkey basis. The Dadex group mainly dealing in the Industrial Management Services. Dadex Eternit is certified for ISO 9002.
CONTRIBUTION: In the Dadex I worked in capacity of Technical Officer
My responsibilities were as under.
· Supervision of all P.E Pipeline project.
· Involved in on site pipe line testing. According to ISO:4437 and 4427
· Coordination with contractors, provide technical assistance.
· Maintain Documents & Data Control according to clause 4.5 ISO9002-1984E
· Maintained standard operating procedure
1- "Document Reviewing Procedure" to select and control the documents.
2- "Document Change Control Procedure" to assure that the valid
documents are in use and absolute documents has been retrieved
2- Document Numbering Procedure. to Maintained a unique numbering system
4- Document Distribution Procedure to assure that the documents are distributed according
to doc. dist. list.
· Lead Internal Quality Audit Circle to plan and perform audit of different departments as per ISO clause 4.17 Quality Management System.

DESCRIPTION: Contractor Of Refineries and Petrochemical Plants.
CONTRIBUTION: Involved in the project of Atak Oil Refinery Ltd.
On site supervision, selection of pipeline support locations (ANSI 31.3 , ANSI 31.4)
Worked in the capacity of Mechanical Engineer in Design Section, utilize AutoCAD for drawing drafting responsible for design and drawing development for all types of steel structure design, piping racks, maintenance platform and accessories. Site supervision for piping and pipe line rout selection, instrument cable trays routing. Site visit to assure the dimensions for as built drawing of process plant.

Completed a project of sewerage water treatment plant at Karachi Municipality Park Clifton Karachi. The capacity of the plant as 200m3/hr. design the whole pipe line work and supervise the execution
