OBJECTIVE
Being a mechanical engineer, with 22 years experience in Project management industry manufacturing cement plants, boilers & Steam generators, I seek to gain wider experience in project management function and also share my experience/knowledge.
SUMMARY
Presently, I am working as a Project Manager with Thermax Babcock & Wilcox LTD. Pune, a collaboration of Thermax Pune & Babcock & Wilcox, Canada.

TBW is manufacturer of various types of water tube boilers upto 300 TPH capacity.
TBW has IBR, ISO 9001, & ASME S,U, stamp certification.
TBW is first Project Company to implement ERP BaaN system.
DETAIL EXPERIENCE
* Worked with Walchandnagar Industries LTD, Pune where I handled Cement Plants Projects from 1982 to 1986.
* Joined Projects division of TBW in August 1996.Presently executing power plants projects as Project Manager.
* Experience/ Job profile - To execute projects which involves following major activities,
1. Co-ordination with various internal (Marketing, Materials, Proposal Eng., Mech Engg, E & I Engg, Materials, In-House-Shop, QAC, Logistics, Finance, Erection, Commissioning, Exim Cell) and external (Customers, Consultant, vendors, Inspection)agencies.
2. To ensure timely completion of projects within cost.
3. To study the budget before start of execution and do the risk & opportunity analysis so that Management knows the contribution in time.
