* Supervising the QC staff, making sure the right procedure is maintained.
* Interacting with the clients and the upper management, making sure all the client specifications are met.

Worked for Western Geophysical as a Land Field Engineer, involved in data acquisition, all over the United States. This was a supervisory post, conducting field operation.

February 1994 – February 1995

* Supervising the field crew.
* Conducted field operation.
* Quality control of the data.
* Instrument maintenance, troubleshooting.

Worked for GECO-PRAKLA/Schlumberger as a Marine Field Engineer on Research Vessels, involved in offshore seismic studies and collecting raw data through computerized data acquisition system. At this time, I was involved in two projects.

February 1991 – October 1993

* Supervising the field crew.
* Conducted field operation.
* Quality control of the data.
* Instrument maintenance, troubleshooting.

Special Projects:

a. Wrote a Fortran program which calculated instantaneous cable separation length and cable depth. This program helped clients to monitor the cable separation. Data was greatly affected if the cable separation was wider. This program saved lots of time and money. I completed the mathematical and program design.

b. Designed a preliminary Channel Detector box. Analog cables were used to collect raw data. Often, channels used to mal function and the production was hampered. It was a long process to pull up cables, troubleshoot and find the bad channel, deploy them and start the production again. This Channel Box helped to identify the bad channel immediately.
