Coordinates and executes the approval processes. Provide expert advice to petroleum engineering teams on technical procedures for Russian approval authorities. Maintain relationships with Russian experts and agencies involved with Kashagan project.

Multidisciplinary group Team Leader, responsible for study feasibility of HPHT reservoir in Eastern Venezuela Basin (7.3 Billions STOIP), and implementing a High pressure gas injection exploitation scheme. Conducted a full field reservoir simulation study of West Carito Field, (3.6 Billions STOIP) and implemented High pressure gas injection exploitation (scheme 9000 PSI).
