EXPERIENCE:
July 2003 – To date:
My duties are to manage condition monitoring programmes for rotating machinery.
Carry out machinery performance monitoring, analysis and interpretation of results, with the subsequent maintenance recommendations.
Onsite troubleshooting and rectification activities, such as in-depth vibration analysis, structural testing, and the follow up of overhauls of the rotary machines in the maintenance workshops.

Sept 2000 - June 2003:
I been sponsored by my company to study a Master degree in condition monitoring and vibration analysis, I have done my research (MPhil) in condition monitoring of rolling elements bearing using different sensors to.

Nov. 1992 - Sept. 2000:
I joined the Condition Monitoring Group, which started with a training period of two months with IRD (UK) Engineers. My main duties are to inspect, measure vibration of rotating machinery and produce technical reports of the machine performance condition, vibration level and the recommendations to improve reliability of the machine.
The monitoring program covers some (1200) rotating machines. The equipment is varied, typically Gas Turbines, steam turbine generators, Air and gas compressors and General purpose pumps. The areas of use are the Refinery, Ethylene Plant, Polyethylene Plant, Utilities, Tank Farm and Harbour.
During Turn-Around periods in the Refinery in 93, 95 &98, I was a group leader involved in overhauling rotary equipment and fan coolers.
During Polyethylene plant commission, I was supervising a group of five engineers to build up a data base for monitoring the rotating machineries, (classifying machines to categories upon operational requirements, size of machines and priority then programming all these data into the software)

Jan. 1988 - Nov. 1992:
I joined Ras Lanuf Oil & Gas Processing Company as a Junior Engineer. My duties were the maintenance and repair of various types of pumps, heat exchangers, valves and associated equipment's. The work was carried out in the Refinery and Tank Farm Area.
I was involved with mechanical maintenance group for LPG plant commissioning. My main tasks included the commissioning and Maintenance various pumps and compressors

Job Responsibility
1. Building up machinery data base for condition monitoring organising a schedule for monitoring the rotating machines in the plants.
2. Collecting vibration data using data collectors. Analyse these data using computer software, Interpretation of results, diagnosis of equipment defects, producing technical reports.
3. Onsite troubleshooting and rectification of activities.
4. Monitor major Rotating Machinery Operational and maintenance data, trends and recommends/ implements changes in maintenance strategy as necessary to improve performance.

SKILLS:
Good interpersonal and report writing skills, I am a PC literate, and familiar with Microsoft's products such as WORD, POWERPOINT and EXCEL.
