Working as Sr. Engineer – Marketing with GasTech group, (M/s. GasTech Process Engineering (India) Pvt. Ltd); a wholly owned subsidiary of GasTech Engineering Corporation, Tulsa, O.K., U.S.A. GasTech group one of the pioneers and world leader in the field of Oil & Gas Industry for supply of Process Equipment/ Packages required in up-stream of Oil & Gas production. GasTech group has its office in U.S.A, Canada, Dubai, U.K. & India and doing business in almost 75 countries through these offices. GasTech has recently acquired the Assets and Manpower of Allen Process Systems Ltd of U.K, as a part of their Expansion Program. Job Responsibilites
* Leading Sales Team and fully responsible for the Sales & Marketing and Order booking of Western Asia which includes Bangladesh, Kwait, Iraq, Korea, Thailand etc.
* Allocation of the jobs & setting the Sales target for the work force reporting to me. Develop healthy relationship & working atmosphere within the organization, motivate workforces for best performances. Emphasize the essence of team spirit in the department.

* Corporate Presentations.
* Active co-ordination with the Project, Procurement, Planning & Design Engineering teams.

* Participation in Govt. Tenders, evaluation of Pre-qualification bid documents, attending Pre- Bid conference, Tender Opening and involved in molding the BEC of the tender in consultation with the end user for qualifying the same.

B) January 2002 – October 2003

Worked as Sr. Engineer – Marketing with GEA India (GEA Energy System (India) Limited) promoted by Mr. B.G. Raghupathy in Technical and Financial Collaboration with GEA Energietechnik GmbH, Bochum, Germany. In the year 1987 the company commenced its business for manufacture and supply of Tube Cleaning System, Debris Separator and Cleaning Balls for thermal, nuclear and desalination plants. The company is now a wholly owned closely-held public multi-dimensional company, with a turn-over of more than Rs.400 Crores. Job Responsibilites
My Responsibilities were to develop the market base for the newly opened Oil & Gas Equipment Division, which includes extensive traveling in the Western & North-Eastern region. My Job Profile includes interaction with the Executives of the Oil & Gas majors Viz.: Oil & Natural Gas Corporation Ltd, Oil India Ltd, Gujarat State Petronet Ltd, Gujarat State Petroleum Co. Ltd, Hinduatan Oil Exploration Co. Ltd, Cairn Energy, GAIL India Ltd etc. My job also includes forming the consortium with the EPC contractors for the big tenders. C) March 1999 – January 2002

Worked as Sr. Engineer - Marketing with BSBK Group (M/s Macawber Beekay Ltd.) - A reputed Turnkey Project Contracting Company of Delhi with a group turn-over of above Rs.70 Crores, in joint venture with Clyde Bergmann Group of U.K., actively involved in Pneumatic Conveying & Ash Handling Packages for Thermal/ Captive Power Plants and host of other key Industries including Cement Plants. Job Responsibilites
My Responsibilities were to develop the market base with a clear thrust on the Equipment selling and its Spares. As per my job Portfolio, a widespread ever-increasing customer base ensures challenging and analytical scheme development to tap potential customers for their new System requirement with bare minimum Inventory stocks for smooth running of the installed system. My continuous interaction with the clients enables me to be the vital link for repeat orders and new Business generation in the main stream. I was actively involved in Pre/ Post Tender documentation activities related to basic designing of the system, detailed estimation, costing, negotiations and finalization of Equipment orders and Rate Contract for Spares. Job Responsibilites
My Responsibility was to generate the enquiries for the available product range, suitable preparation of techno commercial offer and subsequent follow-up with the clients till the finalization of orders. Regular interaction with various clients to get the feedback regarding their ongoing/ upcoming projects, interaction with Engineering Consultants like EIL, MECON, RITES, HOWE INDIA, DESEIN etc. to freeze out the technical parameters of the system and drawing approvals was another major responsibility of my portfolio. Follow-up action with various public & private sector organization for our company's registration for the available range of products was also included in my scope of job.
