- Prepares the weekly work order schedule and co ordinates with engineering department in conformity with planning schedule give by the Planning Project;
- Manpower and Material Budgeting, cost control and extra work claims with Primavera (basic knowledge);
- Prepares the material and manpower requirement plan, make-out the all modifications bring of systems in site or LQ, with WinPCS "A" and "B" check sheets and up-date the drawings in conformity with site situations. Make – out the work permit (Electrical Isolation Certificate, Hot Work Permit and Cold Work Permit to E/R Department, Entry into Confined Spaces) to instruments technicians teams what are his on site to resolve the task day give to them.
- Prepares the day, weekly and monthly progress report and sign all the sheets with the Client based on specific procedures to all systems like Sea water and cooling water, Drinking and service water, sewage, Open Drain System, Offshore Integrated Automation System (IAS) commissioning of the IAS system based on the IAS vendor (ABB) test procedures listed in the DCS Site Acceptance Test (SAT), Diesel Oil System Offshore, Offshore navigational aids system, HVAC LQ and Deck HVAC, Fire and Gas Detectors system, and all the systems on this gas platform in totally is 51 systems that each have one or twenty subsystems all instruments on the platform are approximately 2000 transmitters and instruments all of kinds ;
- Prepares the extra work claims and reimbursement.
- Co ordinates with sub contractors and monitors the progress;
- Prepares and issues the Job cards using HMS (Hook Up Management System) and also make the punch list and give to HHI Instrumentation department to remedy all the problems observe in site on;
- Prepares the detailed day-to-day Hook up activities and commissioning activities;
- Prepares RDA (Request for approval) for purchases and forwards to purchase department.
- Offshore commissioning procedure checks to be carried out are:
* Verify all items fastened or removed for sea transportation have been correctly re-instated, and all equipment preservation activities have been removed as required.
* Verify construction completion of specified activities in accordance with ENI GAS BV standards and specifications as per Material Requisition and any incomplete work.
* Any outstanding items identified on the onshore AC1 certificate included in the Completions Dossier are to be agreed and the additional work incorporated in the Commissioning Procedure work scope.
* Identify all required temporary facilities for the offshore commissioning of the system.
* Review hand-over documentation for the sub-systems described in this procedure to determine the extent of testing/re-testing required for offshore commissioning.
* Prepare and complete tests.
* Hand-over system for Operations.

-Performance of loop test, troubleshooting, re-configuration and re-calibration for Automation Equipments.
-Precommissioning, commissioning and handover the all instruments and control equipment on the platform in conformity with P&ID'S and construction project, together with contractor witness.
- Verifying and programming PLC's Allen Bradley, supervise all equipment installations, like safety and process valve SEVERN GLOCON with pneumatic positioners SIMENS, ESDV (emergency shut down valve), SDV (shut down valve), BDV (blow down valve) all with LCP BIFFI, solenoids ASGA and Motorized operating valves (MOV) with Icon 2000 electric actuator, WIKA gauges.
- SIMENS turbine generators double fuel control by MARK 2, configuration (hardware, power supplies, emergency stop loop, DC lube oil pump control and terminal layout), control hardware with card configuration, I/O function, over speed and watchdog systems, maintenance terminal with access, the RP2 menu structure and system parameter adjustment, control mimics and annunciation messages and all the fault findings tools.
