DETAILS OF EXPERIENCE
Operator, under contract. Worked with Petroleum Development Oman in Athel deep oil facility as a Senior Production Commissioning Operator, exploring oil at ~ 5 KM depth with high H2S of 45% to max Capacity of 1600 M3 of Crude. This plant also separates Sweet Gas (415 K M3 / Day), Acid Gas, Condensate recovery and Produced Water using technology of M/s Shell, with T.D.C. Honeywell 3000 control system and also Barik Oil & Gas Treatment Plant Operation
Worked in Elward C.P.F., Al- Furat Petroleum Co., Syria as a Senior Operator. The Production Capacity of Oil was 50,000 BPD and 200,000 BPD storage. 375,000 BPD metering and export. Involves the process of Water treatment and injection, Gas turbine (duel fuel) power generation.
Worked in P.D.O., Fahud, Qarn- Alam as a Production Operator. This Operating facility were having 200 wells (natural & gas lift, water – injection 200000 BPD Production process, Gas – Compression, Gas – lift, LPG recovery, Tank farms with T.D.C. Honeywell 2000 control system.
Worked in Bombay– High South, Neelam, D – 2, Surat-Hazirah, Dapthi offshore fields Rigs, Platforms (ONGC) for exploration Production Testing, Well completion, LPG loading and distribution operation as a Production

Responsible to issue work permits already approved by supervisor, after making sure that all safety precaution prescribed in the permit (including gas test) are fulfilled and closely follow-up the job, check the equipment for correct when maintenance work
Responsible to Carry out regular routine checks of all equipment and units to ensure that all are functioning correctly in accordance with standard operating procedures and ensure that all relevant operating data are recorded on the log sheet.
Prepares the equipment and/or facilities for maintenance and inspection and ensures that all necessary procedures and instructions from plant and safety authorities are followed as defined in the work permit. Authorize job start closes work permit after testing the equipment can be put back in service.
Logs operating incidents occurring in the shift and passes on the remarks to the counterpart in the next shift; discusses incidents with the supervisor.
Controls and monitors local panel for various major equipment in the plant, look out for any abnormalities, fault or leak and report immediately to supervisor for initiating its repair work.

Provides work instructions and guidance to assigned operators and ensures their work is conducted inline with standard operating procedures, established programme and supervisory instructions complying to health, safety and environmental policy.
Responsible to Maintain log sheet to enter data and shift logbook to record important occurrence such as process upset equipments breakdown etc.
Responsible for preparing Reports for all equipment and instrument defects for immediate corrective action.
Responsible to Co-ordinate with maintenance and safety during preventive maintenance on fire and gas system.
Experienced in Fire fighting and Emergency actions in the operation area.
Releasing the vessels after necessary isolation, draining, spading and ventilating for maintenance/ inspection in accordance with approved procedure.
Responsible to conduct field quality checks free chlorine content etc, and record the results, collect oil & water sample and pass them to laboratory for analysis.
Responsible to Carry out pigging operation as required.
Experienced in Light the flare shooting flare cartridges.
Experienced in Maintaining good house keeping and ensure that plant is clean & tidy.
