* Responsible for preparation of HSEQA tender/project documents like Project HSE Plan, and Quality Assurance (QA) Plan for the FPSO/FSO Projects.

* Involved in the West Espoir FPSO HSE Case Study and many bid projects Case Study.

* Implementation of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:1996, OHSAS 18001 System for the company.

* Conduct Internal Audit for office, Vessel Audit and Vendor HSEQA Audit for major suppliers.

* Participate as Management Representative (QMR, EMR) for External Audit, and Client Audit.

Cost Estimation /Tender Co-ordinator
* Prepare Overall cost estimation for complete FPSO/FSO Project which includes Vessel repair/refurbishment work detailed cost estimate, detailed Conversion cost estimate, Mooring System fabrication cost estimate (Turret mooring system (or) Spread mooring system), Topside fabrication cost estimate, Tanker cost, FPSO/FSO Installation cost, Project management cost etc.

* Prepare and Submit Budget Cost Summary for EPIC FPSO/FSO Complete project.

* Prepare complete budget cost estimation for the project using company database and discuss in the management meeting for finalisation of the overall budget Cost.

* Involved in the Budget Cost Estimation Database development and standardisation of budget cost estimation database.

* Prepare RFQ for major subcontractors and Suppliers.

* Obtain and review shipyards/ fabrication yards, and supplier's technical/commercial proposals.

* Detailed Technical discussion with major sub-contractors/suppliers and commercial negotiation with Subcontractor's to obtain competitive price.

* Liaison with subcontractors, suppliers to update the market price for the major works like steelwork, tank coating works, piping fabrication cost etc.

* Doing Vendor development as a part of the subcontractors development activities and select best subcontractor's/suppliers for the project.

* Prepare responsibility matrix and co-ordinate with all departmental personnel to produce best bid proposal to meets client requirements.

* Liaison with client for the tender query and to obtain the status of the project as a part of the business development activities.

* Prepare FPSO /FSO market projection report on monthly basis and submit to the management for their action.

* Preparing Tender Technical and Commercial Proposal for FPSO /FSO/FSU/DTU which includes Cost Estimation, Engineering Design Analysis, Materials Take off, Sourcing Supplier and Subcontractors, Project Planning and Execution plan preparation etc.

* Also have extensive experience in shipbuilding cost estimation in all types of vessel like Cargo Tankers( Crude Oil, LNG, LPG), Bulk carrier, Container Vessels, RORO Carrier, Pipe laying barge etc..

* Technical and Commercial discussion with Ship's owner, Material's supplier and Subcontractors. Design and analysis of critical jobs for conversion and repair project in order to do Time and cost estimation.

* Submitting tenders to ship's owner and getting the feedback from owner in-order to get firm Stemming order from the ship's owner.

* After ship's award to yard conducting pre job meeting with Yard manager & operations
Managers and explaining about the project and giving technical and commercial advice to
Operations department.

* After ship's arrival to yard inspection of ships for identifying job variation and raising additional quotation to ship's owner.

* Preparation of weekly budgetary statement, work completion form and final Bill to the ships owner.

* Negotiation of bill with ships owner for the better settlement and preparing cost analysis sheet to know profit / Loss.

* Standardising the Yard Tariff and Sub contractors Tariff prices by doing real time analysis.
