Activities included detailing project packages installed during the turnaround, economic justification, organizing and completing MOC paperwork, attending HAZOP meetings, organizing meetings, presentations and reporting meeting minutes.
* Provided Technical Services coverage for nights during the 2001 FCCU Turnaround
Activities included ensuring project installation to specification, completion of MOC documentation, performing initial and final inspection of all drums, exchangers, reactors, distillation columns, orifice plates and fin fans in the FCC Complex. Assisted in Quality control to ensure correct metallurgy implementation and assisted in troubleshooting several major problems.
* Provided Technical Services Coverage for various Catalyst Loadings, Catalyst Regenerations, and vessel inspections.
Activities included performing injection rate calculations, reserve alkalinity titrations, Draegar sampling, process control monitoring, outage measuring, inspecting equipment and quality control and management.
