-Coordinate all technical issues related to pumping service activity including cementing, fracturing, stimulation and coil tubing for several different types of fields including: deep gas, shallow gas, conventional oil, heavy oil, Steam Assist Gravity Drainage (SAGD) and Coal Bed Methane (CBM).
-Write and proof technical programs for well activity in conjunction with horizontal multi laterals, extended reach, thermal, deviated, salt water disposal, multi-stage, evaluation wells and remedial interventions. Supervise critical jobs as required.
-Identify best technology and research initiatives related to applications and new products including: polymer damage removal with enzymes, low stress proppant pack fracturing enhancement, mechanical aid for highly deviated plug placement, laboratory testing for product sensitivity ranges.
-Optimize expectations of internal and external clients including drilling, production, completion engineers and business units.
-Compile relevant statistics on KPI's, maximize value and cost savings.

-Tender preparation, customer relations and development, project supervision, new technology development, recommendations and implementation for projects both offshore and onshore, pricing and volume estimates, product procurement.
-Successful commercial and technical tender preparation for 2 train, 18 well, Ras Laffan Liquefied Natural Gas Co. Ltd (Mobil Oil), extended reach drilling (ERD) program with deviations up to 75 degrees and depths to 14,000 feet.
-Design and implement fully automated foam cement project for very difficult wellbore dynamics situation where wellbore pore pressures approached the fracture gradient at multiple points during well trajectory.
-Successful commercial and technical tender preparation for 3 year, 60 well, Maersk Oil project with intermediate casing set at 90 degrees and +/- 20,000 foot horizontal sections with slotted liners as required.
-Computer simulation programs modeling production optimization (POP), centralizer and dynamic fluid placement (CEMFACTS), coiled tubing forces and stresses (CIRCA).
-Laboratory supervision and testing of new products, cement and stimulation design and performance testing, quality control testing, gas flow modeling.
