ACHIEVEMENTS
„XMember of an Estimating Team creating a Bid Package for a 12 well Turnkey Project for CORPOVEN of Venezuela and for Santa Fe Drilling, Venezuela. Responsibilities included evaluating submitted bid packages of all firms in the Drilling Fluids, Solids Control and Environmental Equipment, Casing Running and Hanging Equipment and Material Transportation areas. Total cost estimates were over $10 million dollars and required evaluating submitted bids from Subcontractors against well requirements by comparing the bid to a self-designed model and considered the following Engineering areas:
„ÏQuantity and type of Drilling Fluids material needed for effective well control and optimal Hydraulics for the type of Rigs that would be used on the wells.
„ÏSolids Control Equipment by type that the wells would require and a projected number of Shaker Screens.
„ÏCasing Design and estimated Casing Running Times as submitted by Weatherford, the only bidder. Worked with Weatherford staff on improving their submitted bid.
„ÏTranslated documents submitted in Spanish to English for the bid process.
