Work Experiences:
1983 – 1991 Worked as Senior Production Planning & Scheduling Engineer for P.T. Badak NGL.
1992 – 2003 Working for P.T. Badak NGL as Senior Process Engineer. And share the Technology Section when the Plant Project expansion (Trains G & H until commissioning completed).

Main Job Handled as Senior Process Engineer:
1. Conducted Plant Trouble shooting to optimize every unit Plant required as:
• LNG Plant Process and every Individual Unit Plant Process
• Nitrogen Generated Plant
• Steam Condensate Polisher Plant
• Water Demineraliser Unit Plant etc.
2. Conducted Study for Engineering Request Service and some modifications following with the report to the Custodian/ Management.
3. Conducted Performance Test for optimizing on most unit plant and provided report with some Recommendations.
4. Developed, Updated Operation Procedure + P&ID Review for its Plant required.
5. Conducted Plant Simulation Using Hysim & Hysys Software, to confirm every data theoretically and actual operation data during conducting Plant trouble Shooting.
6. Attended and Coordinate Meetings, Problem Solving Meeting and Hazop/ Safety analysis etc.
7. Developed and Updated Waste Water Treatment Plant Procedure.

Other Activities as Senior Process Engineer.
1. Re-design new Waste- Water Treatment Plant equal to the actual influent feed of mixing waste-water (Oily waste water + Chemical contaminants) as New Waste Water Treatment Plant.
2. Study Modification to Install bypass strainer at down-stream of the drier unit of Liquid N2 plant to eliminate wasted shutdown-time.
3. Study to propose new Incinerator unit to burn any wasted chemicals, oils, etc to maintain environment performance and our ISO 14001.
4. Evaluated absorbent chemicals Amine in Plant-1 (Absorption process).
5. Improved efficiency of the Chemicals used in all units’ plant. Example: The configuration and level of Molecular-sieve absorbent in drier-bed vessel, and other chemicals used for utilities plant.
6. Modified Amine exchanger with Alpha-laval that was convinced beneficial product.
7. Modified Feed Gas Receiver unit, to eliminate Heavy Hydrocarbon carry-over, and other impurities like Glycol, Chemical inhibitors etc by installed new design coalescer on its unit of the Feed Gas receiver.
8. Conducted plant drier test to evaluate the molecular sieve performance.
9. Updated defrost and start-up procedure of Nitrogen generated plant.

Activities as “Senior Process Eng’r in the Technology Section” (1999 – 2000) During the Construction of New Trains.
- Inspected all the project construction of the LNG Trains expansion projects.
- Updated procedure and review construction strategy.
- Assisted Contractors and Vendors during the construction and pre-commissioning of the new Trains expansion.
- Involved on its project meeting all parties.
- Conducted punch list after the Mechanical Completion and defect finding after the Commissioning Plant.
- Conducted Performance Acceptance test / final commissioning.

Job as “Sr. Production Planning Engineer from 1983 –1991 Such as:
1. Provide the Draft of Annual Program for LNG and LPG based on agreement and the other possibility of additional to be submitted to the Joint Management Group among all Company, Buyers representative and the Government/ Seller as references for annual program meeting based on contract agreement.
2. Conducted 90 days scheduled meeting as the final scheduled for LNG / LPG lifting, including international Price market of Crude-Oil/ LNG/ LPG among all of the representatives Company, Seller and Buyers.
3. Attended the regular Gas Coordination Meeting once a month between the Producers and the end-users (LNG Plant & Fertilizer Plant). The intent was to discuss the exact progress will be done in coming short period including anticipation that need to do to aware the problem that might happened from both side upstream and downstream.
4. Coordinated the LNG and LPG Meeting among the Sellers Representative. Buyers and the Gas Producers are exchange information program and the possibility additional or extra cargoes in the short period as of Buyers request.
5. Prepared Annual Programs covering the LNG and LPG, Yearly Production targeted, and Gas forecast targeted to fulfill Buyers Program satisfied, and to finalize the program from both side Buyers and Seller for further implementation in the next year.
6. Maintained communication to its Terminal Buyers, and all delivery final results at Bontang Loading Port and Buyers terminals to avoid ship demurrage.
7. Developed Quality Improvement Program (QIP), and prepare Training Program to improve personnel knowledge.
8. Seller and Buyers Meeting to negotiate any possible of problem delay both site to anticipate any problem that may happened in the short / Long time period.
9. Prepared monthly Indices statistical reports covering Plant Operations report, Maintenance, Plant operating unit cost, plant performances analysis and the employees data to the Government / Pertamina.
10. Evaluated its data plant performances including Plant Thermal Efficiency, Plant availability and Service Factor to be compiled as Monthly statistical report every Months.
11. Provided telex / Facsimile regarding the LNG-LPG production and shipment (CIF & FOB data) early morning every day to Pertamina/ Government and to Buyers for every Cargo Lifting each ship.
12. Conducted Safety Talk regularly to prevent recurrence accident and to maintain the Safety performance.
13. Conducted Ship-Shore meeting to improve better communication and to clarify any Questions in the past from both Shore-side and Shipside.
14. Monitoring Ships performance especially the cargoes from Loading terminal to the discharging Buyers terminals, Arrival and until departed Loading terminal, Loading time, Loading-Docks condition and availability, LNG / LPG Tanks conditions, and prevent Demurrage / penalty from both Ship and Shore-side.

Education:
1. Bachelor of Chemical Engineering, Certificates in 1978 at UPN “Veteran” Yogyakarta Indonesia.
2. Master of Chemical Engineering, Certificates in 1981 at UPN “Veteran” Surabaya Indonesia.
3. Pass the Examination & Certificates for Professional of Chemical Engineering and Fundamentals of Engineering conducted in Bontang LNG Plant by Austin University-Texas USA (February – June 1999).
